NOTES:
- 1) You must have a TxT Account to log into RSD Connect. RSD Connect uses same login credentials.
- 2) You must complete online LTC application through RSD Connect FIRST, in order to schedule your Fingerprint Appt through Identigo. You will receive an email from DPS and and possibly Identigo upon completion of LTC appication with service code for fingerprint appointment.
OUT OF STATE RESIDENTS ONLY: If applying with an Out Of State Drivers License / ID, you will need to include a completed LTC-6 Form and get two (2) passport Photos! Include this document and photos within your State Application envelope.
BORN OUT OF COUNTRY DOCUMENTATION (If Required): Download and read LTC-40 Form. Include applicable documentation with your State Application.
